Dr Kathleen currently practises Integrative and Natural Medicine in Arkles Bay, Whangaparaoa, New Zealand in which she consults with people from all walks of life, from the very young to the elderly, from housemakers to Hollywood stars. She speaks regularly for corporate and educational organisations and Wellness Retreats New Zealand. She’s been featured on TVNZ’s Breakfast Show, in the New Zealand Herald, Good Health Choices, Australian Women’s Weekly, Woman’s Day, Next and New Idea and Oh! Baby magazines. She has also been highlighted as a natural medicine expert by Hardy’s and an official ambassador for Red Seal and ecostore. You may have heard her on ‘Saturday Fresh’ with Carly Flynn on Radio Live, Newstalk ZB, Coast and the Mix FM radio stations. She is a monthly columnist for Good Health Choices Magazine. Some of her recent corporate talks have included: New Zealand Herald’s Viva, MitoQ, Commonwealth Bank, ASB Bank, the National Beauty Therapists Association and Yellow Pages.
Dr Kathleen was featured in NZ Herald Viva (September 2014) as one of the top ten health practitioners in the country.
She holds a US doctorate degree in Integrative Medicine (I.MD) and Natural Medicine, graduating first in her class. This qualification incorporates the insights of both conventional and evidence-based nutritional medicine to support the total wellness of a person. This concept is recognised by the top seven hospitals in the USA such as Harvard, Duke and Johns Hopkins. Nearly 40 per cent of Americans use non-mainstream approaches along with conventional treatments. This innovative health approach is also up and coming in Australasia.
